FAQ
Traveling For Shoots
A. Kayla Ball Photography is based out of Pearland Texas, and my radius for shoots with no travel fee is 25 miles. Outside of the 25 miles, I charge $0.50/mile traveled to and from Pearland.
Is There A Deposit Fee
A. Yes, I require a $50 non refundable deposit, when booking your shoot. The deposit holds your date and time!
Picking Your Package
A. I have three packages you can choose from when booking your session: The Addy, The Bennett, The Genesis.
(The session(s) that are excluded from those packages are: engagement and weddings)
Picking Locations/Permits
A. In Houston there are many beautiful locations! We will talk and see what you are wanting to capture in a photo (woods, beach, city scape).
However some locations require a fee or a permit to shoot at those locations, if you pick a location that has a fee or requires a permit, KBP is not responsible for that fee.
Weather/Reschedules
A. -On shoot day if unexpected rain or storms appear I offer two options, if no other shoot is book prior or after we can wait to see if the path of the weather changed, or reschedule for a different date.
-Rescheduling , I do understand things come up unexpectedly, if you do need to reschedule your shoot, please let me know 24 hrs prior to shoot. I give one personal reschedule date, if a second personal reschedule date is needed , another deposit fee will be required.
Who Can Come To Shoots
A. In my observation , I recommend that only the person(s) being photographed be at the location of shoot. For child(ren) one parent is recommended but both parents are welcome. Siblings not being in shoot, I recommend not being at location. Doing so helps have the child focus more on myself and in return giving you a better outcome in photos!
